No app required — for you or the person tapping. Everything runs through the phone's built-in browser. If someone's phone doesn't support NFC, they can scan the QR code printed on the back of your card instead.
03 Which phones are compatible with Just A Tap cards?
All iPhones from the iPhone 7 onward and most Android phones released since 2018 support NFC. For older devices or phones with NFC disabled, the QR code fallback works on every modern smartphone.
04 Can I update my information after buying a card?
Yes — any time. Log in to your Just A Tap account and update your profile from the Profile Builder. Changes go live instantly. No need to reprint or buy a new card, even if you change jobs, numbers, or socials.
05 How long does delivery take within the Philippines?
Orders are processed within 24 hours. Metro Manila deliveries typically arrive in 2–4 business days; provincial deliveries take 4–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
